This day long NEW online workshop will be running for the first time.  It is offered at a discounted price for women interested in being part of something new and providing feedback about their experiences.

Introduction

My experience is that women often prioritise the needs of others so we can secure our roles as caretakers and feel valued and needed.  If we are not able to also look after ourselves however whilst managing this chronic condition our mental and physical health is likely to deteriorate.

Content

This workshop will cover the impact of CUTI on our relationships with ourselves, our bodies and our families and friends.  The small group will offer safe space to share experiences and work towards personal next steps in managing your relationships whilst living with CUTI as best as you can. The workshop is informed by the relational principles of Cognitive Analytic Therapy and somatic psychology.

About Me

I have my own ongoing CUTI condition which I have been in treatment for since August 2021. The last few years have been an intense and difficult time, in which I have learnt for the first time how much I suffer if I don't take care of my own needs and my body.  I have made changes in my life that have allowed me to start to flourish for the first time in a long time, and I am delighted to be at a stage in my recovery where I am able to offer this workshop.

 Details

As this is a new workshop it will be offered at a 60% discount of £75.00. Participants will be asked to provide feedback on their experience of the day to help develop it further for other women.

Please complete the form below if you would like to register to attend. Booking will be confirmed on receipt of payment. Cancellations due to ill health will be accepted up to 24 hours before the workshop runs.

10 participants only.

CUTI & Relationships Questionnaire

We are all both similar and different in our experience of this disease....
